One-to-One Facercise Class with Allyson.
The ultimate way to learn the Facercise techniques is with a private one-to-one Facercise class with Allyson. This allows Allyson to give you her undivided attention, allowing her to focus completely on your individual concerns and needs.
Allyson will demonstrate each exercise before asking you to do it yourself, and will explain and demonstrate the body posturing and resistance movements.
